Oriental Hotels Ltd, pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, based on the approval of the NCD Committee on November 21, 2014 as per terms set out in the Offer letter / Disclosure Document / Information Memorandum dated November 20, 2014, the Company has allotted Senior Rated Listed Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10,00,000 each amounting to Rs. 200,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Crores only) on November 21, 2014.
