State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur issues Non Covertible Bonds worth Rs. 217 crores

The Board of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur has approved augmentation of capital by way of issue of Basel III compliant, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible, subordinated Bonds for inclusion in Tier II capital aggregating to Rs. 217 crore on private placement basis.

Shares of STATE BANK OF BIKANER & JAIPUR was last trading in BSE at Rs.565.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 571.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6339 in over 739 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 571.5 and intraday low of 550. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3575006.
