Future Retail Ltd fixes record date for Rights Issue

The Committee of Future Retail Ltd in its meeting held on November 07, 2014 has finalized the terms and conditions of the equity shares having face value of Rs. 2 each (the "Equity Shares") and equity shares of Class B (series 1) having face value of Rs. 2 each (the "Class B Shares") to be issued by the Company on rights basis to the holders of the Equity Shares and Class B Shares (as the case may be) on the record date i.e. November 19, 2014.

Shares of FUTURE RETAIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.112.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 114.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 60628 in over 1053 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 116.4 and intraday low of 112.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6905070.
