Corporation Bank to raise Rs. 1500 crores through Tier - I, Tier-II Bonds

The Board of Directors of Corporation Bank at its meeting held on November 06, 2014 approved the raising of Tier I Bonds in the nature of Perpetual Debt Instrument to the extent of Rs.1000 crore and Tier II Bonds to the extent of Rs. 500 crore, (both in one or more tranches) with green shoe option, as per Basel III requirement, subject to Regulatory compliances.

Shares of CORPORATION BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.334 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 337.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 191964 in over 8014 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 349 and intraday low of 333.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 65555702.
