National Fertilizers Board recommends dividend

National Fertilizers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, has approved a provision of Rs 52.83 crores has been made towards dividend being 10.77% of the paid-up capital.
