(NSI), incorporated in the USA, a material Subsidiary of Newgen Software Technologies Limited ("the Company") has entered into an Agreement with an Insurance company in Illinois, US. The aggregate value of the aforesaid Agreement is US Dollars 1,609,400 (US Dollars One Million Six Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred Only).
