Sayaji Hotels Ltd inks Hotel Management Agreement for Varanasi Property

Sayaji Hotels Limited ("the Company") has entered into a Hotel Management Agreement for providing operational and management services for a hotel property located at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

The property is situated in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The proposed hotel will comprise 108 room keys, Banquet, Board Room, Gym, Spa etc. The same has been planned to be developed as a 4-star category property, which will operate under the brand name "Effotel by Sayaji". This agreement aligns with the Company's strategic expansion plans in key markets across India and is expected to further strengthen its presence in the northern region.
