Eicher Motors Hits Record High: Annual Motorcycle Sales Surpass 1.2 Million Units in FY26

Eicher Motors Limited has reported a stellar performance for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, driven by a powerful surge in domestic demand for its iconic motorcycles. According to the latest sales volume data released to the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), the company's total annual sales skyrocketed to 12,38,659 units, marking a robust 23% growth compared to the 10,09,900 units sold in the previous fiscal year.

The growth engine for the company remains the sub-350cc segment, which saw an impressive 25% Year-to-Date (YTD) increase, totaling over 1.08 million units. The premium segment (engines exceeding 350cc) also maintained a steady upward trajectory, growing 7% annually to reach 1,51,608 units.

The month of March 2026 alone saw the company dispatch 1,12,334 motorcycles, an 11% jump from the 1,01,021 units sold in March 2025. While International Business faced a slight 8% dip in the month of March, the annual export performance remained exceptionally strong, closing the year with a 23% overall growth in global markets. These figures underscore Eicher Motors' dominant position in the mid-size motorcycle segment and its successful scaling of production to meet rising consumer interest.

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6825.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6584.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24043 in over 4613 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6890.00 and intraday low of 6730.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 163932173.00.
