V-Mart Retail Limited has announced the quarterly update of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
Revenue From Operations
- Total revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs. 971 Crores compared to Rs. 780 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, reflecting a year-on-year growth of +24%.
- The same store sales growth (SSSG) was +12% for the quarter (V-Mart at +12% & Unlimited at +9%)
The above revenue numbers are provisional and subject to review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
Store Opening & Closures
- During the quarter, the Company opened 29 and closed 6 stores, resulting in a total operating portfolio of 577 stores as at 31 March 2026.
- This year marks the highest ever store additions for the company, with 92 stores additions and 12 stores closures.
- The 29 New stores include Eleven (11) stores in Uttar Pradesh, Four (4) in Tamil Nadu, Three (3) stores each in Bihar and West Bengal, Two (2) stores each in Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and one (1) store each in Chhattisgarh and Uttarakhand.
Shares of V-Mart Retail Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 484.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 475.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8219 in over 816 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 502.00 and intraday low of 475.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4004491.00.
