Gujarat Borosil Board recommends 10% dividend

Gujarat Borosil Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend at 10% i.e. Rs 0.50 per share (face value of Rs 5/- each) subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
