Foseco India Ltd Board to consider interim dividend

Foseco India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 17, 2007, inter alia, to consider the unaudited results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007 and also to consider and if thought fit, to declare second interim dividend for the year 2007.
