Ontrack Systems Board recommends 5% dividend

Ontrack Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, have transacted the following;

1. Recommend dividend @ 5% per share on the equity capital of the Company be paid for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. Recommended the proposal of preferential allotment of 4.5 lakhs equity shares to M/s. Intellisys Technology Australia Pty Ltd. at a price of Rs 56.25 per share, subject to approval of the shareholders.

3. Shri. Robin Ghosh, has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company pursuant to Section 260 and Regulation 72 of Table A of the Companies Act, 1956.
