Narendra Properties Board recommends 20% dividend

Narendra Properties Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 20% (twenty percent) on the equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
