Oasis Tradelink Ltd to raise funds

The Board of Directors of Oasis Tradelink Ltd at its meeting held on September 05, 2014, has approved the increased Authorised Share Capital of the Company from 75,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 1,05,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The Board also approved raising of funds of upto Rs. 3,20,00,000/- by way of preferential issue of equity shares / convertible debenture of the Company.
