Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd opens QIP issue

Pursuant to the board and shareholders resolution dated June 20, 2014 and July 15, 2014 respectively, QIP Committee of Directors of Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd at its meeting held on September 01, 2014, has approved and adopted the Preliminary Placement Document dated September 01, 2014 in connection with the Qualified Institutions Placement ("QIP").

The Board also announced the opening of the QIP on September 01, 2014.

Shares of GAMMON INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.07. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45422 in over 224 trades.
