Anant Raj Ltd partially redeems NCDs

Anant Raj Ltd, on due date i.e. August 11, 2014, has partially redeemed 50% of face value (i.e. Rs. 5 Lacs) of 1000 NCDs of Rs. 10 Lacs each.

Total amount of redemption is Rs. 50.00 Croes (Rupees Fifty Crores Only) and the face value of each NCD after the said redemption has been reduced from Rs. 10 Lacs to Rs. 5 lacs.

Shares of Anant Raj Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.56.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 61.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 447659 in over 5963 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 61.6 and intraday low of 54.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25548297.
