Regaliaa Realty to withdraw preferential issue

Regaliaa Realty Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2007, has decided to withdraw the preferential Issue of fully Convertible Warrants announced at the EGM held on April 04, 2007.
