Maruti Infrastructure allots 6 lac shares on conversion of warrants

On June 09, 2014, Maruti Infrastructure Ltd has allotted 6,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 5/- on conversion of 6,00,000 Warrants to Promoters issued on preferential basis, pursuant to approval of the shareholders of the Company accorded on March 08, 2014 in the Extra Ordinary general Meeting.
