Polygenta Technologies to seek shareholder nod for CCPS issue

The Board of Directors of Polygenta Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on May 26, 2014, decided to hold General Meeting of the shareholders to issue upto 1,30,00,000 CCPS on preferential basis at a price in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations.
