Promoters to dilute 5% stake in Prestige Estates Projects Ltd

The Board of Directors of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd at its meeting held on May 26, 2014, has approved to dilute 5% of promoters' stake in the Company through Qualified Institutional Placement, subject to approval of members and other statutory authorities.

Shares of PRESTIGE ESTATES PROJECTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.213.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 206.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33724 in over 2614 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 216.2 and intraday low of 209. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7227572.
