Government of India offers Employees of NFL buy its shares

National Fertilizers Ltd is in the process of issue of Company Shares to its employees as per the directions of Department of Disinvestment (DoD), Government of India. Circular issued together with DoD Scheme and Application Form are attached.

Shares of NATIONAL FERTILIZERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.38.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 148607 in over 1389 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 39 and intraday low of 37.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5714185.
