The Board of Directors of Radha Madhav Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on May 05, 2014, has approved the proposal to issue 1,00,00,000 equity shares to the Non promoters on preferential basis, subject to approval of the members of the Company at price to be arrived as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
