The Board of Directors of Nihar Info Global Ltd at its meeting held on May 02, 2014, has discussed the allotment of shares.

Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement of the Company as approved by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, allotted 26,75,270 equity shares of Rs. 10/- at par on conversion of unsecured loans of Rs. 2,67,52,700.
