Jaihind Projects to reconsider and approve proposes preferential issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Jaihind Projects Ltd will be held on April 29, 2014, to reconsider and approve proposed issue of Equity Shares on preferential basis to the Promoters pursuant to CDR scheme, in supersession to earlier resolution dated March 10, 2014.

The Board will consider proposal to amend the Main Object Clause of the Company by insertion of new clause after existing clause 2 (c) and decide the Constitution/reconstitution of various Committees.

The Board will consider and approve draft Postal Ballot Notice for various matters and appoint scrutinizer to carry out the Postal Ballot Process in fair a transparent manner.

Shares of JAIHIND PROJECTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.20.93 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 21.42. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2132 in over 31 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 22.49 and intraday low of 20.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 45615.
