Deep Industries allots 29,50,000 shares at Rs. 34

The Board of Directors of Deep Industries Ltd at its meeting held on April 22, 2014, has allotted 29,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- at a premium of Rs. 24/- per share to the allottees upon conversion of 29,50,000 Convertible Warrants which were allotted on December 31, 2013 at a price of Rs. 34/- per Warrant on Preferential basis.
