Satra Properties India allots 600 NCDs

The Board of Directors of Satra Properties India Ltd at its meeting held on April 19, 2014, has approved the allotment of 600 Nos. of 18% Secured Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures of Face Value of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) each redeemable at par on a private placement basis.
