DCB Bank Ltd to raise Rs. 300 crores through QIP

The Board of Directors of DCB Bank Ltd at its meeting held on April 15, 2014, has decided to raise an amount not exceeding Rs. 300 crores, including issue of shares under QIP, subject to securing appropriate regulatory and other approvals, as applicable.

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.65.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 65.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 728421 in over 8127 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 67.7 and intraday low of 62.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 47944898.
