The Securities Allotment and Certificate Issuance Committee of Board of Directors of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd at its meeting held on March 07, 2014 has allotted 10,15,000 Warrants Convertible into equal number of Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 54/- per share on preferential basis to the 'Promoter's Group and Others'.
