Sagar Soya approves forfeiture of 845030 shares

The Board of Directors of Sagar Soya Products Ltd at its meeting held on March 28, 2014, has approved Forfeiture of 8,45,030 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each and Rs. 5/- each paid up of defaulting shareholders after sending third and final reminder and giving opportunity to pay the same.
