Eco Friendly Food Processing fixes rights issue price as Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Eco Friendly Food Processing Park Ltd at its meeting held on April 02, 2014 has considered and approved the price for the rights issue.

The Board has decided the price as Rs. 10/- each i.e. face value of Rs. 10/- and premium Rs. Nil as an issue price for the purpose of Rights Issue.
