Gopala Polyplast allots 4,80,000 CRPS

The Board of Directors of Gopala Polyplast Ltd at its meeting held on March 29, 2014 have decided to allot CRPS.

Pursuant to authority given by Shareholders by way of Special Resolution passed in their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 28, 2014, the Company has allotted 4,80,000 0.01% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each to three bodies corporate.

Shares of GOPALA POLYPLAST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.01 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.54. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1035 in over 12 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 14.2 and intraday low of 13. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13912.
