Vardhman Polytex approves issue of 24.73 lac warrants

The Board of Directors of Vardhman Polytex Ltd at its meeting held on March 31, 2014, have discussed and approved the issue of 24.73 lac Warrants convertible into equal number of Equity Shares to Promoter and/or Promoter group companies on preferential basis, subject to the approval of shareholders.

Shares of VARDHMAN POLYTEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.33.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 33.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1125 in over 41 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 33.5 and intraday low of 32.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 37446.
