Arshiya International allots Equity Shares

The Allotment committee of Arshiya International Ltd has at its meeting held on March 29, 2014, allotted equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up, on conversion of warrants.

34,50,000 equity shares were allotted to Mr. Ajay S. Mittal & 18,00,000 equity shares to Mrs. Archana S. Mittal.
