Celestial Biolabs Ltd allots sweat equity shares to Dr. A N Singh

The Board of Directors of Celestial Biolabs Ltd in their just concluded adjourned Board meeting held on March 27, 2014 have allotted 12,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as Sweat Equity Shares (Third Tranche) to Dr. A. N. Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company in accordance with SEBI Guidelines.

Shares of Celestial Biolabs Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.20.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 20.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1312 in over 19 trades.
