Sangam Advisors to consider preferential issue to promoters on March 27, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sangam Advisors Ltd will be held on March 27, 2014, to consider the issue of equity shares to the Promoter on preferential basis as per SEBI Guidelines and Regulation.

The Board will also consider and approve the date, time, venue of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) and notice thereof.
