Camex Ltd to consider preferential issue of 28 lakh shares at Rs. 12

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Camex Ltd will be held on March 27, 2014, to consider and allot 28,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each @Rs.12/- on preferential basis to promoter and public in terms of approval of members availed in EGM on March 20, 2014 and In-principle approval of BSE received vide letter Dtd. March 19, 2014.
