Radha Madhav Corporation to issue 2.25 crore shares, 35 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Radha Madhav Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on March 19, 2014, has resolved to alter the main object, subject to approval of the members of the Company.

The Board also approved proposal to issue 2,25,00,000 equity shares and 35,00,000 warrants to the promoter and Non promoters on preferential issue, subject to approval of the members of the Company.

Shares of RADHA MADHAV CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.12.63 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.03. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44882 in over 55 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.63 and intraday low of 12.63. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 566859.
