Sunil Hitech Engineers to allot shares on conversion of warrants

The meeting of the share allotment committee of Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd is scheduled to be held on March 20, 2014 for conversion of warrants in to the equity shares.

The Warrant Holders M/s. VRG Digital Corporation Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Gutte Infra Private Limited hold 6,75,000 warrants respectively.
