Celestial Biolabs Ltd to allot 15 lakh shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Celestial Biolabs Ltd will be held on March 22, 2014, to consider the proposal to allot 15,00,000 Equity shares on preferential basis to promoter group and non promoter group.

The Board will also consider proposal to allot the third tranche of sweat equity shares comprising of 12,50,000 equity shares to Dr. A. N. Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company subject to approvals from the statutory bodies.

Shares of Celestial Biolabs Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.20.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 19.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35621 in over 402 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 20.55 and intraday low of 19.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 716563.
