Maruti Infrastructure allots 24,71,500 Warrants

Maruti Infrastructure Ltd has allotted 24,71,500 Warrant convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 15/- to the Allottees, on March 13, 2014 on preferential basis, pursuant to approval of the shareholders of the Company accorded on March 08, 2014 in the Extra Ordinary general Meeting.
