Milk Partners India Ltd to consider capital reduction, conversion of loan on March 28, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Milk Partners India Ltd will be held on March 28, 2014, to consider the reduction of paid up Capital to 40% i.e., Rs. 4,74,46,640 comprising of 47,17,328 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and 54,672 partly paid up equity shares of Rs. 5/- each against Accumulated capital losses.

The Board will also consider allotment of 30,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each upon conversion of unsecured loan into equity.
