Autolite India Ltd to consider conversion of warrants on March 15, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Autolite (India) Ltd will be held on March 15, 2014, to consider conversion, into equity shares out, of warrants which were allotted to promoters and their associates on October 16, 2013 and the issue of which was approved by the shareholders at 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 14, 2013.

The Board will also consider the fresh issue and allotment of equity shares / warrants convertible into equity shares to promoters and/or other strategic investors on preferential basis and to decide the date and venue of Extra-ordinary General Meeting and to approve the notice of Extra-ordinary General Meeting.
