IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd allots 1000 NCDs

The Committee of Directors of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd have approved the allotment of 1,000 Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (the "Debentures") of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000 aggregating to Rs. 100 Crores on a private placement basis on March 04, 2014. These Debentures will be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The Company had earlier issued 10,000 Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating Rs. 1,000 Crores. With the aforesaid allotment the Company has as of date issued and allotted 11,000 Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 1,100 Crores.

Shares of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.113.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 107.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 59987 in over 1222 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 116.35 and intraday low of 107.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6835132.
