Easun Reyrolle Board approves Rights issue of Equity shares at Rs. 59

The Board of Directors of Easun Reyrolle Ltd at its meeting held on March 05, 2014, have decided the Rights Issue Offer Price as Rs. 59 per Equity Share and the ratio as 12 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each for every 25 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 held.
