IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd fixes rights issue price as Rs. 10011:09

The Committee of the Board of Directors of ("COD") IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd has by a resolution dated March 04, 2014 finalised the Issue price of Rs. 100 (Rupees One Hundred Only) per Equity Share to be issued pursuant to the Issue, the record date in respect of the proposed Issue ("Record Date") and the rights entitlement ratio for the proposed Issue ("Rights Entitlement Ratio").

Shares of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.108 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 105.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9911 in over 263 trades.
