Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd Board approves preferential issue at Rs. 39

The Board of Directors of Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has approved by circulation on March 01, 2014 (item no. D-102) to offer, issue, and allot 5,96,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 29/- per Equity Share aggregating to an amount of Rs. 232,63,50,000/- through preferential allotment, as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.

To take necessary approval from the share holders, an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Bank is scheduled to be held on March 29, 2014 at 11.00 AM at Vadakke Samooham, Kalyanamandapam, Thrissur - 680 001.

Shares of Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.34.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2146875 in over 8219 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 35.8 and intraday low of 29.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 74179907.
