The members of Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd have passed with requisite majority the Special Resolution under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 to offer, issue and allot, in one or more tranche(s), not exceeding 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) Convertible Warrants carrying an option / entitlement to subscribe for equivalent number of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to promoter group and others on preferential basis through Postal Ballot process, result of which is declared on March 03, 2014.
