Elantas GmbH to sell 269109 shares through offer for sale

ELANTAS GmbH (the "Seller"), the promoter of Elantas Beck India Ltd (the "Company") have announced an Offer for Sale 269,109 equity shares of face value of INR 10 each ("Sale Shares"), aggregating to approximately 3.39% of the total paid up equity share capital the Company ("Sale Shares") on March 04, 2014.

The Sale shall be undertaken exclusively through Sellers' Broker on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd (the "Stock Exchange") for this purpose.

The Sale shall take place on the separate window of the stock exchange and shall commence on March 04, 2014 at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the same day at 3:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date").

Shares of ELANTAS BECK INDIA LTD.-$ was last trading in BSE at Rs.547.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 544. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45592 in over 4631 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 568.95 and intraday low of 545. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25420122.
