Golden Goenka Fincorp Ltd to consider terms of rights issue on March 06, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Golden Goenka Fincorp Ltd will be held on March 06, 2014, to consider the terms of the proposed issue of equity shares on right basis.
