Frontline Securities Ltd promoters announce offer for Sale of Shares

Rakesh Kumar Jain and Prerna Jain (the "Selling Shareholders " / "Sellers") form a part of the promoters / promoters group entities of Frontline Securities Ltd (the "Company) has announced an offer for sale an aggregate of 4,25,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each constituting 5.91% of the equity share capital of the Company as on date exclusively through the Sellers broker on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd (the stock exchange) for this purpose.

The Sale shall take place on the separate window of the Stock Exchange and shall commence on March 05, 2014 at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the same day at 3:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date").

Shares of FRONTLINE SECURITIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.37 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 102 in over 2 trades.
